Baby Basils will have typically at least 2 sets of true leaves and have a stem that may still be edible and not fully developed. With a slightly longer grow time than Microgreen Basil they will allow the plant to have more time to develop essential oils and more leaf structure adding to their flavour and Nutritional Benefits.
